Dear Steve, Twenty years ago I took two years of New Testament Greek, but I have unfortunately lost much of what I learned then. I am interested in taking a self-taught refresher course in the coming year, but would like your advice on which resources would be the best. I am considering using the 30 lesson workbook, "A New Testament Greek Primer, Second Edition" by S.M. Baugh, followed by the sequel "A First John Reader". But I am wondering if William Mounce's New Testament Greek Grammer and accompanying workbook would be a better choice, or something else altogether? Any recommendations you can make would be most helpful. In Christ, Jerry
Thank you for your important question. My recommendation would be to start with Baugh's A NEW TESTAMENT GREEK PRIMER and then move on to his FIRST JOHN READER.
May the Lord reward your careful study of His holy and inerrant Word.
Your Book Servant,
Pastor Steve Martin
