A fantastic introduction to the life of one of the greatest preachers of the gospel ever. This book has plenty of facts about the life of Spurgeon, yet brings out the man in a very heart warming way. This is not a boring book in any stretch of the imagination. Arnold Dallimore has done a wonderful work. I highly recommend this book to all who want to know more of C.H. Spurgeon, but don't have the time to read a massive work on his life.- Pastor Douglas Brown
