A short little book that I consider to be one of the very best! The Gospel is far more than merely a way to begin the Christian life but the Cross becomes the focus of every step along the Christian life! There is simply nothing that we face as Christians, Mahaney argues, that does not require the Cross. No book has better related the Cross to my everyday Christian experience than this one.
